Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.
Create storyboards, scripts, and other visual aids to support learning objectives.
Ensure all instructional materials align with industry standards and best practices.
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a portfolio of work.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning development.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
