Job Description

Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal customers to gather relevant content and develop blended learning solutions.
Utilize adult learning theory and knowledge of current learners to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Apply principles of current cognition and adult learning theories, Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, and new media technologies.
Design and deploy methodologies to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve course material.
Own small and medium-sized training development projects from beginning to end.
Communicate effectively with other team members, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement training solutions.
