About the Role

You will support the SPA Digital Content and Education team in designing and producing multimedia-rich digital courses for the SPA vocational product portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, technical production, and creative content development.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure all production activities follow timelines and coordinate weekly updates with internal teams and the Head of Academic Projects

• Apply stakeholder feedback to improve and refine outputs

• Suggest creative, technical, or process improvements to optimise production quality

• Stay updated on multimedia, AI, and instructional design trends and propose new ideas

Daily Responsibilities

• Follow production maps and use Microsoft Copilot 365 to create action scripts

• Validate scripts with Head of Education and the Digital team

• Convert scripts into visually strong, industry-relevant storyboards

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, audio, graphics, and motion elements

• Create infographics, e-comics, and other visual formats for learner engagement

• Produce multimedia assets ready for integration into digital learning content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or Motion Design

• Additional certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Design are a strong plus

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Copilot 365 for scripting and drafting

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience building e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline with SCORM/xAPI integration

• Ability to publish and troubleshoot SCORM packages for LMS compatibility

• Understanding of instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM

• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and optimisation
