𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Define and execute Qvolv’s national revenue and go-to-market strategy aligned with the FY26–29 growth roadmap, while driving quarterly revenue targets with predictable pipeline visibility across all business verticals. • Lead deal negotiations, national-level partnerships, and long-term strategic revenue pipelines with strong execution frameworks. • Own and deepen relationships with MoD, DRDO, Armed Forces, MHA, CAPFs, State Police, and PSUs, while navigating procurement structures such as GEM, RFP/RFI, DPM 2009/2023, and state tender guidelines to drive institutional adoption of Qvolv technologies. • Engage senior leadership, decision-makers, and technical evaluation committees and lead the creation of compliant, high-quality technical and commercial bid proposals. • Expand a pan-India partner ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and sector-specific partners, supported by structured onboarding, revenue-sharing frameworks, and joint GTM initiatives to ensure strong partner-led revenue contribution. • Drive performance evaluation, incentive planning, and quarterly business reviews to ensure sustained sales efficiency and high-accountability culture. • Forge strategic alliances with global XR/simulation companies, device OEMs, and defense tech ecosystems, and lead consortium-based bidding, co-branding, and multi-company partnerships to accelerate Qvolv’s market expansion across mission-critical sectors. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and confident in customer-facing communication. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and document key technical/functional needs. • Join client calls, capture discussions, and prepare structured requirement notes. • Map customer needs with Qvolv’s AR/VR/MR and simulation capabilities. • Prepare company profiles, solution briefs, technical notes, presentations, BOQs, cost sheets, and initial RFP/RFI drafts. • Draft responses for government and enterprise queries under guidance. • Assist in preparing and conducting product demos; ensure VR devices and demo hardware are ready and updated. • Maintain demo content and overall setup environment. • Conduct basic market and competitor research; prepare comparison notes and opportunity briefs. • Coordinate with design, 3D, engineering, and delivery teams to gather inputs for proposals. • Support sales team during events, exhibitions, and demonstrations. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬& 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into structured documents. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, BCA, MCA, or related fields. • Prior experience in pre-sales, solution support, or documentation roles is an advantage. • Basic understanding of AR/VR/MR, 3D workflows, and Unity/Unreal (optional but preferred).
