Qvolv Technologies is seeking a seasoned and highly strategic sales leader to head our India business. As theย Business Head โ Sales (Defense and Aerospace) you will drive the companyโs revenue strategy, accelerate growth across defense and mission-critical sectors, and build a robust national ecosystem of channel partners, SIs, and strategic collaborators.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Define and execute Qvolvโs national revenue and go-to-market strategy aligned with the FY26โ29 growth roadmap, while driving quarterly revenue targets with predictable pipeline visibility across all business verticals.
โข Lead deal negotiations, national-level partnerships, and long-term strategic revenue pipelines with strong execution frameworks.
โข Own and deepen relationships with MoD, DRDO, Armed Forces, MHA, CAPFs, State Police, and PSUs, while navigating procurement structures such as GEM, RFP/RFI, DPM 2009/2023, and state tender guidelines to drive institutional adoption of Qvolv technologies.
โข Engage senior leadership, decision-makers, and technical evaluation committees and lead the creation of compliant, high-quality technical and commercial bid proposals.
โข Expand a pan-India partner ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and sector-specific partners, supported by structured onboarding, revenue-sharing frameworks, and joint GTM initiatives to ensure strong partner-led revenue contribution.
โข Drive performance evaluation, incentive planning, and quarterly business reviews to ensure sustained sales efficiency and high-accountability culture.
โข Forge strategic alliances with global XR/simulation companies, device OEMs, and defense tech ecosystems, and lead consortium-based bidding, co-branding, and multi-company partnerships to accelerate Qvolvโs market expansion across mission-critical sectors.

โข 15+ years in enterprise/defense/Aerospace/government sales with proven revenue leadership.
โข Strong exposure to XR (AR/VR/MR), AI/ML, IoT, digital twins, command & control systems, and enterprise training solutions.
โข Demonstrated success in closing large-scale opportunities.
โข Background in defense/aerospace or experience working with armed forces/PSUs will be a strong advantage.
