𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Upload, update, and maintain product and service listings on the GeM portal.

Ensure listings are compliant with GeM norms with accurate specifications, images, and pricing.

Regularly monitor stock availability, price revisions, and new product offerings.

𝐁𝐢𝐝 & 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Search for relevant tenders and bids suitable for the company’s offerings.

Prepare documentation and participate in tender submissions.

Track status and updates of submitted bids.

𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Handle end-to-end order processing including acknowledgement, shipment, and delivery tracking.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Generate and submit invoices in accordance with GeM guidelines.

𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Maintain up-to-date legal and financial documents (GST, PAN, OEM certificates, etc.).

Ensure compliance with GeM policies and audit requirements.

Prepare and submit reports as required by internal teams or authorities.

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Act as a liaison between QVOLV Technologies and various government departments.

Address and resolve queries, escalations, and feedback from buyers.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Work closely with sales, finance, and logistics departments for smooth GeM operations.

Assist in training internal teams on GeM processes when required.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

- Familiarity with the GeM portal operations

- Procurement knowledge (especially government procurement)

- Documentation and compliance handling

- Basic accounting and invoice management

- Communication and coordination

- Data entry and MS Office proficiency
