Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-driven GeM Executive to manage end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The role requires hands-on experience in product listing, bid participation, order processing, and compliance. This position directly impacts government sales performance and requires someone who understands how GeM actually works—not just theory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete GeM portal operations including seller profile, product/service listings, pricing, and compliance updates
• Identify relevant bids, tenders, and reverse auctions on GeM and participate independently
• Prepare and submit bids/quotes within defined timelines and portal guidelines
• Handle order acceptance, coordination with internal teams, delivery tracking, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain all statutory and portal documentation (GST, PAN, MSME, certifications, etc.)
• Communicate with government buyers to resolve queries related to specifications, delivery, or billing
• Track bid outcomes, order status, and prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
• Monitor GeM policy updates and ensure continuous compliance
• Analyze competitor pricing and suggest improvements to increase win ratio

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working on the GeM portal
• Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling GeM orders for products or services
• Prior exposure to B2G sales, e-procurement, or government contracts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
