Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented “GeM Executive” with at least 1 (one) year hands-on experience in Government e Marketplace (GeM)/Government tender portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of tender search, registration, documentation, and Bid submission support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling GeM portal operations and bid participation

· Searching and monitoring tenders based on relevant keywords across platforms

· Client/vendor registration on government portals: GeM, CPP, Railways (IREPS), Defence, CPWD, State Portals, etc.

· Preparing and organizing tender documents (technical and commercial)

· Coordinating with clients for timely bid submissions

· Tracking tender deadlines, clarifications, corrigendum

· Maintaining proper documentation and records

Candidate Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline

· Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM and e-tendering processes

· Knowledge of major government portals (GeM, CPP, IREPS, CPWD etc.)

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Office tools

· Organized and deadline-driven
