Key ResponsibilitiesGEM Portal Management

• Manage day-to-day activities on the GEM portal (product listing, bid participation, order processing, documentation, etc.).
• Upload/update product catalogs, pricing, and specifications.
• Track bids, orders, and follow-up with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines and maintain relevant documentation.

Office Coordination

• Perform daily office administrative tasks and support operational activities.
• Handle communication between vendors, clients, and the internal team.
• Maintain organized records, documents, and reports.

Quotation & Data Handling

• Prepare, share, and maintain quotations for clients and tenders.
• Manage basic Excel work such as data entry, formatting, sorting, and report preparation.
• Keep track of inventory, pricing, and product details.

Design Support

• Create simple designs for product listings, social media posts, and basic marketing material (using tools like Canva/Photoshop/CorelDraw).
• Edit images, resize product photos, and create basic graphic layouts as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with GEM portal operations (preferred).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare and share quotations professionally.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or similar tools).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Graduation or diploma in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,785.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
