1. Design course content as per the pre-defined syllabus.
2. Develop a course curriculum with theory and practical aspects of Building & Construction Engineering.
3. Create lesson plans in coordination with the Head of Faculty and L&D
4. Deliver training programs by using new-age methodologies
5. Formulate ways to stimulate class discussions and ensure class engagement.
6. Ability to efficiently impart practical training and best practices in construction management.
7. Support in facilitating co-curricular activities for the Associates.
1. 10-12 years total experience.
2. Preferably from a Quality background.
3. Excellent knowledge of Civil and other related topics.
4. Excellent Facilitation and Communication Skills (written and verbal)
