Job Description

We are hiring Human Resource Business Partner for Pune location.

Requirements

Education
: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience
: 8 to 10 years as HR Business Partner, ideally in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge
: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Skills
:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven influence with senior leaders.
Strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business needs.
Familiarity with HRIS and emerging HR technologies.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Advantage
: Experience with CXO-level stakeholders; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders on people-related matters.
Provide orientation and guidance to leaders on HR issues.
Educate engineers on compliance and expected behaviors.
Address feedback from employees and suggest improvements.
Develop balanced solutions for travel and resignation-related issues.
Influence and manage expectations of engineers.
Analyze HR challenges and devise strategies for resolution.
Implement communication forums for open dialogue.
Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR topics.
Identify HR issues and propose innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assess and enhance HR processes for efficiency.
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
Partner with HR to develop training programs for leadership skills.
Stay informed on HR technologies to improve service delivery.
Facilitate organizational change and effective communication throughout.
