Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment services. This role acts as a key point of contact between clients and the recruitment team to deliver effective staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs, job roles, and business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding recruitment requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Prepare and share job briefs clearly with recruiters.
  • Track hiring progress and provide regular status updates to clients.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Negotiate terms, fees, timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for new business, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and MIS.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and client competitors.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management or account management within the recruitment/staffing industry.
