Location: Mumbai-Colaba | Frequent Travel to Saudi Arabia Experience: 5+ years in blue-collar overseas recruitment Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Civil, Oil & Gas, MEP, Manufacturing, etc.). Handling document processing, visa formalities, and mobilization for GULF. Overseeing agency selection, negotiations, and tie-ups for recruitment. Acting as a key liaison between clients, agencies, and internal teams. Traveling to Saudi Arabia for recruitment operations and client coordination.
