We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination between clients, internal teams, and external photoshoot agencies. The role involves planning and executing photoshoots for our brands, including model selection, background/location selection, and ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and photoshoot agencies.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all photoshoots for our brands from concept to execution.
Manage model selection, auditions, and coordination based on brand requirements.
Finalize backgrounds, props, locations, and styling requirements in line with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and production teams.
Prepare and manage photoshoot schedules, call sheets, and timelines.
Ensure all shoot requirements (wardrobe, props, approvals) are arranged in advance.
Monitor shoot progress on the day of the shoot to ensure quality and timelines are met.
Handle post-shoot coordination including image selection, revisions, and final approvals.
Maintain proper documentation, vendor records, and shoot-related data.
To manage end-to-end coordination between clients, internal teams, and external photoshoot agencies.
The role involves planning and executing photoshoots for our brands, including model selection, background/location selection, and ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
