Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Mechanical

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated - Project Coordinator (Mechanical) to support and coordinate projects from initial planning to final completion. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in mechanical engineering, basic understanding of project approvals, and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is mandatory.

• This role is open to *freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience*.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage assigned projects from *scratch till completion*

* Assist in *project planning, scheduling, and execution*

* Support technical approvals, documentation, and coordination with internal teams

* Track project progress and ensure timelines are met

* Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders when required

* Prepare basic reports, project updates, and status summaries

* Ensure project work aligns with technical and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Basic *technical knowledge in mechanical engineering*

* Understanding of project coordination and approval processes

* Good organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements

|Educational Qualification:

* *Diploma / Junior Engineer in Mechanical Engineering* (mandatory)

Experience:

* *Freshers to 1–2 years of experience* are welcome to apply

* Prior experience in project coordination or technical roles will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

* *₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month* for freshers

* For experienced candidates, *salary is negotiable* based on skills and experience
