HR Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing engagement activities.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in setting up performance evaluation systems.
• Support managers in addressing performance concerns and providing feedback.
• Compliance & Policy Development:
• Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
• Promote career development initiatives and succession planning.
• HR Analytics:
• Generate reports on HR metrics like employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
