Job Description: HR Executive Position Overview The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, performance tracking, and employee relations. In addition, the role requires regular coordination and follow-up with marketing executives located in various districts to ensure proper reporting, compliance, and support. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingAssist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Coordinate interview schedules with department heads. Handle new-employee documentation, induction, and orientation. 2. Employee Records & AdministrationMaintain and update employee files, attendance, and leave records. Prepare HR reports as required. Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently. 3. Performance TrackingAssist in evaluating employee performance and maintain performance review documentation. Follow up with team leaders and department heads for timely submission of reports. 4. Coordination With Marketing Executives (District Level)Regularly follow up with Marketing Executives working in different districts. Collect daily/weekly activity reports and submit summaries to the management. Monitor field attendance, visit schedules, and target achievement updates. Ensure district marketing teams receive required HR support (documentation, ID cards, salary queries, etc.). Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and field marketing staff. 5. Employee RelationsAddress employee concerns and escalate when necessary. Support grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Promote a healthy and positive work environment. 6. HR OperationsAssist in payroll inputs such as attendance verification and leave updates. Manage HR documentation including offer letters, warning letters, and confirmation letters. Support HR initiatives like training, employee engagement activities, and policy implementation. Required SkillsStrong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to coordinate with remote/district-based staff. Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (if any). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
