Job Description: Real Estate Sales Manager (Commission-Based)Role Overview The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead and guide a team of sales executives, ensure target achievement, and drive revenue growth. Compensation is commission-based, aligned with team performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and support commission-based sales executives. Assign targets and monitor daily activities, leads, and closures. Develop sales strategies to increase project outreach. Join executives for important client meetings and site visits. Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of qualified leads. Coordinate with marketing and management for promotional campaigns. Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports. Motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. Requirements 2+ years of experience in real estate sales; managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage and motivate field sales teams. Good understanding of local real estate markets. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
