HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role acts as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports HR Operations Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, warning letters, exit letters, etc. Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave, and salary inputs Employee Relations Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes Assist in employee engagement activities and celebrations Compliance & Statutory Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) Coordinate with consultants for audits and filings Maintain statutory registers and documentation Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal processes Track KPIs and employee evaluations Training & Development Coordinate training programs and maintain training records Assist in identifying training needs Exit Management Handle employee exit formalities and documentation Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports Skills & Competencies Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software Ability to handle confidential information
