*Role Overview*

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Project Planning & Coordination professional* to support end-to-end project execution — from client order to dispatch. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in transmission tower or substation projects and should be skilled in planning, documentation, and inter-departmental coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and material requirement plans.

- Coordinate among design, procurement, fabrication, and galvanizing teams for timely project delivery.

- Track project milestones and highlight bottlenecks with actionable solutions.

- Assist in managing client communications related to project execution and documentation.

- Maintain up-to-date records of project deliverables using ERP/MIS systems.

- Support periodic management reviews with analytical summaries of project performance.

*Desired Candidate Profile*

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in project planning or coordination in a transmission tower or substation manufacturing setup.

- Strong understanding of fabrication, galvanizing, and dispatch processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines.
