Client Service Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Engineer, located in Mumbai. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing suitable solutions and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner by providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Time Management and Organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years experience in a similar industry will be preffered
