Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Trainer for Turbo Cross Sell, your main responsibility will be to create engaging and innovative training content for over 2,000 learners in different Turbo centers. You will play a crucial role in developing interactive sales and e-learning scripts, lesson plans, assessments, training modules, videos, games, and simulations to enhance learning for frontline staff. Your goal will be to continuously update and improve organization-wide training content for Turbo Cross Sell. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement creative training solutions using various modes such as classroom, eLearning, blended learning, and game-based learning for new hire orientation and product campaigns. - Evaluate existing content and learning programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders to suggest improvements and ensure long-term success. - Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Ops, Training, and Quality to gather feedback and create content materials that support learning outcomes. - Create and edit sales scripts, lesson plans, training modules, assessments, e-learning content, gamified modules, and other learning materials for frontline officers. - Update content regularly based on product changes and feedback received. - Apply instructional design principles like SAM, ADDIE, BLOOMS taxonomy, and conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) through interactions with stakeholders and frontline officers. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content with clean and creative design. - Conduct regular reviews of created content and coordinate with vendors for content development tasks. - Organize learning materials into a centralized library for easy access by leaders and internal teams. - Direct structured learning experiences and assess their effectiveness. - Explore and implement the use of AI in learning design. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field - Post Graduation in any field - Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Instructional Designer specializing in training content creation and management.,
