Job Description

The Sales Trainer Turbo Cross Sell position within the Retail Banking department's Cross Sell Center of Excellence (COE) involves creating engaging and innovative content for a large number of learners across various Turbo centers. The main focus of this role is to utilize new technologies to develop interactive and easy-to-use sales and e-learning materials, including scripts, lesson plans, assessments, training modules, videos, games, and simulations. The Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience and supporting the continuous learning journey of frontline staff. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement creative training solutions using various modes of learning, such as classroom sessions, eLearning, blended learning, digital platforms, and game-based learning, for both new hire orientation and ongoing product campaigns. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate existing content and learning programs, gather feedback, and make recommendations for enhancements and long-term strategic success. - Work closely with Product, Operations, Training, Quality, and other teams to generate content that aligns with learning objectives and outcomes. - Create and edit various content documents, including sales scripts, lesson plans, training modules, assessments, e-learning materials, gamified modules, simulations, and micro-learning modules. - Ensure regular updates and revisions to training content based on product changes and feedback received. - Apply instructional design principles like SAM, ADDIE, and BLOOMS taxonomy, and identify Training Needs Analysis (TNI) through interactions with stakeholders and frontline staff. - Conduct reviews of created content on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with learning goals and quality standards. - Coordinate with vendors for content development tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. - Support instructional design strategies, assessments, technology integration, and distributed learning across Turbo centers to cater to diverse learner groups and styles. - Organize learning materials into a centralized library resource for internal teams to access and utilize effectively. - Facilitate structured learning experiences and monitor their impact on learning outcomes. - Explore and implement the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning design to enhance training effectiveness.
