Role Overview: As a Sales Trainer - Turbo Cross Sell in the Retail Banking Cross Sell COE department, your role will involve creating high-quality visual content and animations to enhance digital learning experiences for employees within the bank. You will collaborate with Instructional Designers and Content Developers to produce engaging e-learning modules, microlearning assets, internal campaigns, and training communication materials. Key Responsibilities: - Create clean, modern, brand-compliant graphics, layouts, and illustrations. - Design visual assets for e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, infographics, posters, and internal communication campaigns. - Build visually engaging templates for LMS/learning portals, newsletters, and training communication. - Ensure consistency with the bank's visual identity and learning standards. - Produce high-quality 2D animations, explainer videos, motion graphics, and product walkthroughs. - Animate icons, characters, UI Mockups, and scenarios for digital learning. - Edit videos, add transitions, sound effects, voiceovers, and post-production enhancements. - Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to convert storyboards into engaging animated learning assets. - Translate learning objectives into compelling visual stories. - Participate in project discussions, brainstorming sessions, and content reviews. - Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with L&D project priorities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or related field. - At least 4-6 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro. - Experience with animation tools such as After Effects, Animate. - Knowledge of e-learning tools like Vyond, Camtasia is an added advantage. - Ability to create assets optimized for digital learning, mobile learning, and LMS platforms.
