Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to join our Delhi CP office. This role involves both individual sales contribution and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills, capable of driving team performance while also meeting personal revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual Contribution:

  • Own and manage a personal sales target for executive education programs.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls, follow-ups, and closures with potential learners.
  • Maintain high levels of conversion and productivity from leads.
  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives (5–8 members).
  • Track team performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure team members achieve their individual KPIs and the overall team sales target.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, sales huddles, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead quality and process improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights:

  • Provide regular performance reports and forecasting updates to senior management.
  • Analyze sales metrics and suggest improvement areas for both individual and team success.


Key Resquirements:


  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquared, Salesforce, Zoho).
