Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead at Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd, located in Kozhikode. The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, tracking sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales process.

Qualifications

Lead,mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Strong ability in Customer Service and effective relationship building
Team Management and Team Leadership experience to guide and motivate teams
Proficient communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
Ensure CRM data accuracy and adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the edtech or education sector is a plus
