Role Description

This full-time Inside Sales Team Lead role is an on-site position based in Agra. The Team Lead will oversee and manage the inside sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, developing and strengthening client relationships, and mentoring team members to optimize their performance in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong background in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant experience in sales within the education industry is a plus
