About the role -

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a

    team of 10+ inside sales executives

  • Handle and optimize

    inbound sales processes

    to ensure strong conversion rates
  • Monitor daily performance, targets, and productivity of the sales team
  • Conduct

    regular call audits

    , provide feedback, and improve sales pitch quality
  • Train team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring ethical selling and service-oriented conversations
  • Support the team during escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer concerns
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain reports on sales performance, team KPIs, and improvement areas
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company processes

Qualifications and Skills -

  • Minimum

    24 years of experience

    in inside sales or telesales
  • Prior experience handling a

    calling sales team of 10+ members

  • Strong

    inbound sales conversion

    experience
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (verbal and written)
  • Hands-on sales experience from

    grassroots/individual contributor level

  • Ability to coach, train, and mentor team members effectively
  • Experience in

    Insurance, Service Sector, or similar industries

    preferred
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced, high-pressure environment
