Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for an Inside Sales Specialist at ShuffleLabs. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales and Inside Sales Executive with over 6 years of proven experience in sales across the US, UK, and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global sales dynamics, the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, and leading sales initiatives across key regions. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Identify and research potential clients within the US, UK, and European markets to build a robust sales pipeline. • Utilize a variety of tools, including CRM, LinkedIn, industry events, and cold outreach, to generate leads and qualify prospects. • Develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns tailored to specific regional markets. Sales Strategy & Planning: • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement regional sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives . • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs for growth in the US, UK, and European markets. • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities. • Adapt the sales approach to meet the nuances of the different cultural and business landscapes across the US, UK, and Europe. Client Relationship Management: • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations. • Engage with prospects at all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure. • Provide consultative sales expertise, understanding client pain points, and offering solutions that meet their specific needs. Inside Sales Execution: • Manage and drive inside sales activities, including product demos, presentations, and negotiation of pricing terms. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes. • Handle inbound inquiries, qualifying leads and determining the best sales path forward. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring full transparency of sales activities and forecasts. Sales Reporting & Performance Metrics: • Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance against targets and report on progress regularly. • Develop forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer retention. • Provide feedback on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs to help shape future sales initiatives. Collaboration & Teamwork: • Work closely with other members of the sales team, marketing, and customer support to drive overall company success. • Share best practices, contribute to team training, and actively participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions. • Serve as a mentor or guide to junior sales members, helping them develop their skills and capabilities. Negotiation and Contract Closure: • Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation for all closed deals. Customer Feedback and Post-Sales Support: • Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the customer success or implementation teams for post-sales support. • Collect customer feedback and ensure any issues are addressed promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Industry Expertise and Networking: • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the US, UK, and European markets. Participate in relevant industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build brand presence and further develop relationships with potential clients. Skills and Qualifications : • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in B2B sales or inside sales with a proven track record of success in the US, UK, and European markets. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales cycles, market dynamics, and industry trends in the respective regions. • Sales Skills: Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools. • Multicultural Competence: Ability to work across different cultural contexts and markets, adapting sales strategies accordingly. • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills to track performance, adjust strategies, and forecast sales accurately. • Educational Background: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
