Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites. Familiarity with Photoshop for graphic edits and a working knowledge of SEO best practices is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using modern design and development standards. Work with page builders such as Divi , Elementor , or WPBakery to create high-conversion, visually appealing websites. Customize themes and plugins based on client or project requirements. Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, schema, image optimization, etc.). Use SEO tools like Ahrefs , Semrush , and Google Search Console to identify and fix technical SEO issues. Edit and create visual assets using Photoshop or similar design tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute website-related projects. Ensure website security, regular backups, and core/plugin updates. Debug and resolve bugs or compatibility issues across devices and browsers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of proven experience in WordPress development. Strong knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , PHP , MySQL , and WordPress architecture. Familiarity with Divi Builder and other popular page builders like Elementor or WPBakery. Proficiency with Photoshop or equivalent tools for image editing and asset preparation. Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools like Ahrefs , Semrush , All in One SEO , Yoast , or Rank Math . Familiarity with hosting environments, website migrations, and domain management. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Added Advantage: Experience in UI/UX design and crafting user-friendly web interfaces. Experience in social media post design using Photoshop or similar tools. Working knowledge of PHP for theme/plugin customization. Experience with WooCommerce , multilingual plugins (WPML) , or LMS tools . Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git ). Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization techniques.
