Position Overview We’re looking for an Implementation Manager based in India to lead our new customers through a thoughtful, seamless onboarding experience. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, delivering value, and enabling long-term customer success. You will be the go-to expert for new clients as they transition onto the Goldcast platform—bringing together your technical knowledge, project management skills, and empathetic communication style to ensure every customer feels supported, confident, and set up for success. What You’ll Do Client Onboarding & Enablement Deliver inclusive and engaging onboarding sessions to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed on Goldcast. Lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, keeping clients informed, engaged, and on track at every stage. Become a trusted product expert—helping customers understand platform features, use cases, and best practices in accessible ways. Maintain regular, proactive communication throughout onboarding. No client should go more than 7 days without a meaningful touchpoint. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to coordinate and execute key integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, webhooks, etc.). Share client feedback internally to help refine onboarding processes, improve documentation, and shape product direction. Keep detailed implementation records and project documentation to ensure smooth transitions post-onboarding. Client Portfolio Management Manage multiple onboarding clients with personalized support and clear communication. Use systems and trackers to ensure every implementation stays on schedule and no customer falls behind. Help clients exit onboarding feeling empowered and ready to manage events independently. Who You Are We believe great Implementation Managers come from many paths. If you bring a combination of the following strengths, you’ll thrive in this role: You have 2+ years of professional experience in implementation, customer onboarding, customer success, or project/account management—ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, communications, marketing, or technology) is helpful but not required. We value real-world experience, problem-solving, and a growth mindset just as highly. You have a deep understanding of digital tools and can explain complex concepts in simple, accessible ways. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute cross-functional projects on time. You build rapport easily with diverse client teams and can tailor onboarding approaches to meet their specific goals. You express yourself clearly and confidently, balancing technical knowledge with an approachable style. You identify issues early, think critically, and implement thoughtful, pragmatic solutions. You’re self-driven, reliable, and thrive in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision. Key Competencies Comfortable navigating software platforms, tools, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), and able to support clients through technical setup and troubleshooting. Dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience. You understand client needs deeply and advocate for their success throughout the onboarding journey. Skilled at managing concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining momentum even when juggling multiple deadlines. Able to work fluidly across Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure a cohesive, efficient onboarding experience. Continuously seeks ways to improve systems, workflows, and documentation to drive scalability and repeatability in implementation. Thrives in a fast-moving environment and adjusts quickly to changing tools, processes, or client expectations. How Success Is Measured We evaluate success in this role using the following outcomes: Clients report a positive onboarding experience, reflected in high CSAT scores and a smooth, confident handoff to the post-onboarding team. Onboarding projects are completed efficiently and within the agreed-upon timelines. Clients finish onboarding with the confidence and capability to independently run their events on the Goldcast platform. Consistent, proactive communication with clients is maintained throughout onboarding, with all touchpoints and updates clearly documented. Internal implementation records—including timelines, notes, and project artifacts—are thorough, organized, and easy to reference.
