Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Implementation Manager to join our team in Noida for an on-site role. The Implementation Manager will lead and oversee the seamless deployment of our platform for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, developing and maintaining implementation strategies, troubleshooting and resolving any technical or operational issues, and ensuring client success by understanding their specific business needs. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing support documentation, and training clients to maximise platform utilisation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project management, workflow optimisation, and client onboarding
• Technical skills in SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and enterprise software integration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and customer support
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships effectively
• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience working in the AI or SaaS industries is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes
