Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Implementation Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure seamless project execution.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
