Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:


Client Engagement:

Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather business and

technical requirements for the implementation. Build strong client relationships and serve as the

main point of contact throughout the implementation process.


Solution Design and Customization:


Data Integration and Configuration:


Training and User Support:


Quality Assurance and Testing:

accuracy, and performance of the implemented solution. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)

and ensure all identified issues are resolved prior to go-live. Perform data validation checks and

ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor or Master degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer

Science, or a related field.

 Proven experience in leading and managing healthcare analytics or software implementation

projects.

 Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulations.

 Familiarity with healthcare data concepts, such as electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and clinical systems.

 Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

 Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address implementation challenges.


 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

 Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data validation is desirable.

 Knowledge of healthcare analytics platforms, reporting tools, and visualization techniques.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
