Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather business and
technical requirements for the implementation. Build strong client relationships and serve as the
main point of contact throughout the implementation process.

Familiarity with healthcare data concepts, such as electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and clinical systems.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address implementation challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data validation is desirable.
Knowledge of healthcare analytics platforms, reporting tools, and visualization techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
