Role Overview: AI-Implementation Manager


In this role, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of large enterprise customers, primarily in the US market. You will drive discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, and go-live processes with a strong consultative approach. The position demands high ownership, problem–solving capabilities, and adaptability, as it supports the company’s upcoming AI-first Professional Services function. You will also guide customers toward best practices, handle escalations, and ensure rapid value realization.


Must-Have Skills


Technical & Integration Skills


  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Webhooks (reading API documentation, testing endpoints, understanding authentication flows).
  • Experience building or supporting custom integrations between SaaS products and third-party applications.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS fundamentals—data models, webhooks, API limits, security, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with tools like Postman, Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make, or other iPaaS solutions.


Implementation Expertise


  • 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles such as Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Consulting.
  • Proven track record of independently running enterprise onboarding projects.
  • Strong experience in conducting discovery sessions, documenting workflows, and translating requirements into configurations.


Good-to-Have Skills


  • Experience implementing or supporting systems like Salesforce, Workday/BambooHR, NetSuite, ERP/CRM/Finance applications.
  • Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, or PSA tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Jira, ClickUp, Salesforce PSA).
  • Understanding of SSO/SAML, enterprise IT processes, or data migration.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
  • Certifications such as PMP or CSM, or a comparable project management mindset.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies.
