This role is in-office at our Jaipur location. The primary responsibility will be recruitment with opportunity to grow into broader HR and Business Operations roles based on skills, experience and maturity.

Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Active Directory and other IT systems, helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, compliance, and security.


About the Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, driving internal communications, organizing employee events, and implementing engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR specialist with proven recruitment experience of 4+ years in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The HR Specialist will work closely with leadership and employees across all departments to ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.


As core responsibility this individual will manage end-to-end recruitment for both our India and US centers, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.


As the individual performs and delivers to the core recruitment role, she or he would have opportunities to take over broader human resources responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions across different levels and technologies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for US and India-based positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical/non-technical fit.
  • Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.


Employee Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR communication.
  • Employee communications and creation of HR policies and ensuring such compliance
  • Draft and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging internal communication.
  • Support leadership in sharing company updates, policy changes, and cultural messages.


Events & Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement events (team-building, celebrations, wellness activities, learning sessions).
  • Coordinate company-wide events such as all hands, offsites, and recognition programs.
  • Gather feedback on employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and sustain a positive, motivating environment.


General HR Support

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with HR leadership on projects related to retention, performance management, and organizational culture.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications a plus).
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • 4+ years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of successful hiring for software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, sales, marketing and other IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience in hiring for both US and India markets with understanding of time zones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Experience organizing events and driving cultural/employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Office Suite, email and collaboration tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
