About the Role: As a UX Design Fresher, you’ll support our Digutal Marketing operations. You'll work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth and timely loan processing, accurate documentation, and top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do: Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing financial and loan documents Communicate with clients to collect required paperwork and follow up on missing information Input and maintain client data in our systems with a high level of accuracy Help coordinate scheduling, application progress tracking, and compliance checks Work alongside loan officers to support the full lifecycle of the loan process Assist with financial reports, audits, and back-office support tasks What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate with a degree in Design, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools or financial software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting Bonus (Not Required): Prior internship or work experience in a Design, finance, real estate, or administrative role Familiarity with mortgage or loan processing software Bilingual or multilingual skills Why Join Consultixs?
