Business Development – Deal Sourcing & Partnerships

Consultixs is a modern financial research and market intelligence company. We specialize in equity research, investment strategy, and financial content — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for an aggressive, strategic, and deal-driven Business Development Rep to help us grow revenue, unlock opportunities, and expand our reach.

You won’t just be selling — you’ll be creating new pathways to scale the business, build strategic partnerships, and land high-value relationships.

What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and collaborators

Develop outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)

Qualify leads, book meetings, and own the sales pipeline

Build relationships with VC firms, fund managers, finance startups, and research consumers

Draft and send pitch decks, proposals, and customized outreach

Help close deals and manage handoffs to the delivery team

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or deal sourcing

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong LinkedIn/email outreach ability

Familiarity with financial markets or B2B professional services preferred

Must be based in Hyderabad and willing to work onsite, in-person

Bonus Points

Prior experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or research companies

Built deal funnels or closed high-ticket B2B accounts

Ability to run discovery calls or demos

Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Notion

Compensation & Performance

Base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based commissions

Onsite role in Hyderabad with direct collaboration with the team

High-impact role: you’ll help define how Consultixs grows

• Work directly with founders and strategy leads
