**Job Title**:HR Specialist (Early Career)**Location:** Onsite – Hyderabad | Full-Time**About EQTY LYFE & Consultixs**You’ll be joining two fast-growing, impact-driven companies:**EQTY LYFE** – A U.S.-based real estate and finance company dedicated to housing equity, financial literacy, and transformation.**Consultixs** – A financial research and advisory firm working in equity markets, data analysis, and strategic consulting.Both companies are scaling fast — and we need a reliable, precise, and people-focused HR Specialist to help build the team, support hiring processes, and manage sensitive personnel data with utmost discretion.**What You’ll Do*** Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding* Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee files* Coordinate interviews, performance reviews, and feedback loops* Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information* Follow clear processes for employee tracking, documentation, and compliance* Assist in drafting HR documents, offer letters, and onboarding packs* Serve as the go-to person for employee queries and documentation needs* Collaborate with leadership on internal communications and HR initiatives**Who You Are*** Extremely organized with a sharp eye for detail* Able to follow structured systems and instructions exactly* Discreet — you respect confidentiality and data privacy* Proactive and responsive in coordinating people and schedules* Comfortable with documentation, spreadsheets, and HR software* A good communicator — written and verbal**Requirements*** Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of HR/recruiting/admin experience* Basic familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Google Workspace)* Good Excel / Google Sheets skills for employee tracking* Strong documentation and organization skills* Fluent in English (written and spoken)* Willing to work onsite full-time in Hyderabad**Bonus Points*** Prior internship in HR, recruiting, or admin* Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools* Experience coordinating between multiple departments* Background in business, psychology, or HR fields**Compensation & Setup*** Full-time onsite role* Starting salary: ₹12.5K/month (2 months), then ₹15K/month* Performance-based growth path* Work directly with the company leads* Learn hiring, documentation, and compliance systems* Exposure to U.S. business culture and dual industries
