Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment processes

  , including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate

  onboarding and induction programs

  for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in designing and implementing

  HR policies and procedures

• Support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years

  of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Executive, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of

  recruitment practices and HR operations

  .
• Familiarity with

  HRMS/ATS tools

  (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, or similar).
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal, and organizational

  skills.
• Understanding of

  labor laws, compliance, and payroll processes

  .
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Good to Have

• Experience in a

  fast-paced or startup environment

• Exposure to

  data-driven HR analytics and reporting
