What You'll Do:

1. Hiring Support:

• Help post job openings on websites and social media.
• Sort resumes and schedule interviews.
• Assist with new employee joining process and paperwork.

2. Employee Records:

• Keep employee details up to date (like contact info, leaves, documents, etc.).
• Track attendance and leave records.
• Help with preparing HR-related reports.

3. Payroll Assistance:

• Collect attendance and leave data for salary processing.
• Work with the payroll team to make sure salaries are correct and on time.

4. HR Policies & Rules:

• Help explain company rules and policies to employees.
• Make sure we follow labor laws and company procedures.

5. Employee Support:

• Be a point of contact for employee queries.
• Help organize team-building events and celebrations.
• Support in performance reviews and feedback collection.
  

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or similar).
• 13 years of experience in an HR role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes like hiring, salary, and attendance.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and HR software.
• Organized, honest, and professional.
