The Director of Human Resources at Cristol will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business growth and operational excellence. This position requires a seasoned HR leader with 22+ years of experience in HR/IR leadership, particularly in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or similar heavy industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing industrial relations, settlements, and labor negotiations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Director, the Director of Human Resources will oversee corporate HR, plant HR, and R&D HR functions to ensure compliance and alignment with Cristol's mission. Key responsibilities include driving organizational change, employee engagement, and cultural transformation, as well as managing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and talent development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. They must possess a deep understanding of employment laws and IR frameworks, as well as the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives across diverse environments. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is required, along with the willingness to travel as needed.
