Our flagship SaaS product, Hire2Retire , is a lightweight IGA platform that automates employee lifecycle management across systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, and Google Directory. Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) Experience: 6+ years(1–2 years in a lead role) Key Responsibilities Lead QA planning, execution, and delivery across projects and releases Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, and automation testing Review requirements and provide QA perspective in planning and design phases Manage the QA team, assign tasks, and monitor progress Maintain and improve test automation frameworks (Selenium preferred) Oversee defect tracking, test documentation, and reporting via Jira Ensure UAT readiness and coordinate with product and operations teams Advocate for quality throughout the SDLC and Agile process Requirements 6+ years of experience in QA, with 1–2 years in a lead role Proven experience in test planning, execution, and team management Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium Familiarity with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Exposure to enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRMS like Workday, Salesforce, SAP) Show more Show less
