Key Requirements

10+ years of experience as a QA Lead
with proven ability to deliver high-quality software testing across multiple platforms.
Strong Insurance domain expertise
– mandatory (Health, Life, Annuities).
Excellent in
Manual Testing
including Functional, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance Testing.
Proficient in
Azure DevOps
and
JIRA
for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Strong experience in testing
Client-Server
and
Web Applications
.
Sound SQL knowledge
for backend data validation (writing/executing queries).
Hands-on
API testing
experience using Postman.
Good understanding of
web technologies
and
browser developer tools
for front-end testing.
Must have strong
Collaboration
,
Time Management
,
Customer Focus
, and
Adaptability
skills.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of QA standards, best practices, and test documentation.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
