Role Overview We’re looking for an Associate Client Account Manager to help us strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of our services. You’ll be the go-to contact for agency partners — helping them find value, solving challenges, and ensuring they stay and grow with E2M. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned E2M clients. Work with clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our services. Ensure exceptional client experience and handle escalations smoothly. Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and SEO teams for timely delivery. Capture client feedback and act as a customer advocate internally. Manage client accounts to drive renewals, retention, and growth. Monitor account health, budgets, and timelines while ensuring profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance. Proactively identify risks and implement creative solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey. Requirements 2–4 years’ experience in a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency. Prior experience handling or delivering digital/web-based projects. Passion for great work with strong process and strategy orientation. Good understanding of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding required). Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple accounts. Clear, concise, and direct communication style. Proven track record of client growth, retention, and profitability. Skilled in relationship building across clients and internal teams. Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers. Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
