Job Description

(A) JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage core HR processes and ensure smooth functioning of employee lifecycle activities. The role involves handling documentation, HR systems, onboarding/offboarding, exit formalities, FnF, compliance, attendance & leave management, and supporting recruitment when required. The ideal candidate must be process-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining high accuracy in all HR operations tasks. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with employees and cross-functional teams.


(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Employee Documentation Maintain personnel files & HR records (physical & digital) for all employees. Manage employee onboarding documentation: offer letters, joining forms, NDAs, ID cards, bank details, etc.

Ensure timely updating of employee databases and HRMS. Track contract renewals, confirmation letters, and probation extensions. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance through HRMS / biometric system. Resolve attendance issues, regularize leave, WFH, and shift adjustments. Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll inputs. Exit, Clearance & FnF Coordinate resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and manage handover/asset return.

Process Full & Final settlement – leave encashment, salary dues, recoveries, etc. Ensure timely issuance of experience letters & relieving letters. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain compliance records: PF, ESI, Gratuity, background checks, etc. Support payroll inputs and HR audits. Assist employees with HR-related queries and documentation support.

Recruitment (Project-Based Hiring) Coordinate hiring needs with project managers and department heads. Source and screen profiles through job portals and internal database. Schedule interviews, take feedback, and ensure timely closure.


(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and exit processes.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS / attendance systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good communication and coordination skills.
