We’re Hiring: Human Resources Operations Specialist – Coimbatore

Nubis is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operational expertise, a people-first mindset, and a passion for building a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Policy Management: Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and business goals.
• Performance Appraisals: Coordinate performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback cycles.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize learning programs for employee growth.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and manage documentation.
• Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and mediate workplace issues to maintain a positive environment.
• HR Systems Management: Maintain HR databases, HRMS platforms, and timesheet systems to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or people management
• Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and labor regulations
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and timesheet management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams
