Company Description VABA Aluminum Formwork Systems specializes in structural concrete formwork engineering and design services for construction projects in India. The company offers custom formwork systems and collaborates closely with clients to provide cost-effective and secure solutions. Their experienced engineers handle complex structures with top-quality finishes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Taloja MIIDC ,Mumbai. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills Experience in developing HR policies and implementing performance management strategies Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with various departments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification is a plus Scope of Work: • Managing the existing workforce of over 100–150 machine operators and laborer's, including those working on cutting machines, welding machines, and other critical operations. • Planning, sourcing, and recruiting 500 additional laborer's to support our growth and production expansion. • Handling day-to-day HR activities including attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, grievance handling, and performance tracking. • Building systems to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. • Fostering a productive and positive work environment while ensuring discipline and efficiency across all labor operations.
