The Human Resources Director will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills Experience in developing HR policies and implementing performance management strategies Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with various departments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification is a plus Scope of Work: • Managing the existing workforce of over 100–150 machine operators and laborer's, including those working on cutting machines, welding machines, and other critical operations. • Planning, sourcing, and recruiting 500 additional laborer's to support our growth and production expansion. • Handling day-to-day HR activities including attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, grievance handling, and performance tracking. • Building systems to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. • Fostering a productive and positive work environment while ensuring discipline and efficiency across all labor operations. The Billing Engineer will handle tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting Rate Analysis, and managing billing systems. Daily responsibilities include quantity surveying, reviewing project plans, and ensuring accurate billing for construction projects. This role involves extensive collaboration with the engineering team and clients to evaluate project progress and cost efficiency.
