Company Description

VABA Aluminum Formwork Systems specializes in structural concrete formwork engineering and design services for construction projects in India. The company offers custom formwork systems and collaborates closely with clients to provide cost-effective and secure solutions. Their experienced engineers handle complex structures with top-quality finishes.


Job Objective:


To identify government and private tenders, prepare bid proposals, manage documentation, and ensure the timely submission of compliant and competitive bids.



Key Responsibilities:

• Search, track, and evaluate suitable government and institutional tenders.

• Read and interpret tender notices, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission guidelines.

• Prepare technical and financial bid documents as per tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, management) to collect required information.

• Manage tender-related registrations on e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).

• Ensure all documentation (certificates, declarations, undertakings, formats) is accurate and updated.

• Draft cover letters, forms, annexures, BOQs, and compliance statements.

• Submit bids (online/offline) before deadlines.

• Attend pre-bid meetings and address clarification queries if required.

• Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-up status, and results.

• Track tender amendments, corrigenda, and post-bid communication.



Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of government tendering procedures.

• Excellent document management and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to interpret legal, financial, and technical requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing).

• Experience with e-tendering portals.

• Time management and deadline-driven attitude.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in tendering/bidding (freshers can be considered for junior roles).



Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with government procurement norms.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
